OnTrac Holiday Service Schedule

OnTrac is committed to providing its customers an excellent service experience with every package, every day. We have been hard at work preparing for the 2022 holiday season and want to make sure it goes as smoothly as possible.

We expect package volumes to spike considerably during this time of year. Contingencies are in place, and we've prepared the following resources to help you plan a successful holiday season:

Follow Packaging Guidelines

Improper packaging can cause unnecessary delays. Review our Packaging Guidelines to avoid issues.

Double-Check Addresses & Instructions

Our online shipping systems include address validators, but we encourage you to be diligent with the additional details that can impact delivery. Confirm access codes, suite numbers, hours of operation and any other details that can help us provide you the best service experience.

Use ontrac.com for Faster Customer Service

Both our Tracking Results and Contact Us pages include special action form that helps us address your service requests as quickly as possible. You can call 800.334.5000 for support, but you could experience long hold times during the holiday season.

Plan for Extra Transit Days

Transit days may fluctuate during the holiday season. We've added a significant amount of seasonal support, but delays may occur. Packages picked up on December 23, 2022, will be delivered on December 27, 2022, or later, depending on the standard service transit days. Packages picked up on December 30, 2022, will be delivered on January 3, 2023, or later, depending on the standard service transit days.

Christmas

• Friday, December 23: Normal service.
• Saturday, December 24: Limited delivery services.
• Sunday, December 25: Closed Christmas. No freight movement.
• Monday, December 26: Normal pickups. No deliveries.
• Tuesday, December 27: Normal service.

New Year's

• Friday, December 30: Normal service.
• Saturday, December 31: Limited delivery services.
• Sunday, January 1: Closed New Year's Day. No freight movement.
• Monday, January 2: Normal pickups. No deliveries.
• Tuesday, January 3: Normal service.

Drop Box Service

Many Drop Boxes will have a pickup time that is earlier than usual. Please check your local drop box a few days before the holiday for the posted pickup time.
